Mystic Ridge Custom Homes, LLC offers you a simple way to build your new home. Here's how it works:

1.	Reserve the site you want to call home. Liberty Title holds your fully refundable deposit of $1,000 in escrow while your reservation removes your favorite site from the market for a period of seven days.
2.	Within the reservation period, select your favorite plan, sign a Purchase Agreement, and deposit an additional $9,000 to Mystic Ridge Custom Homes, LLC.
3.	If you choose to select option features over and above our standard features, deposit one half of the cost of the optional features.
That's it! No construction loan is necessary and no more is due until final closing, at which time your deposits are credited to your downpayment.
